About the event
**Private event for Multnomah County Wellness department.
In today’s ever-shifting workplace landscape, employees are feeling the weight of uncertainty more than ever. From role changes and increased workloads to the emotional toll of supporting others through instability, the impact is real—and often overwhelming.
This interactive workshop provides a space for connection, reflection, and support. Together, we’ll explore the hidden and not-so-hidden ways that change, loss, and transition affect our well-being. Participants will be introduced to grief-informed practices and simple, practical tools to navigate uncertainty with greater resilience, compassion, and clarity.
Whether you’re leading a team or supporting clients and coworkers through transitions, this session will offer space to pause, breathe, and strengthen your ability to cope—without ignoring the very real challenges you’re facing.
Come as you are. Leave with insights, strategies, and a renewed sense of community.
