Change can be difficult. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Join us for a supportive and practical conversation about managing workplace loss, uncertainty, and burnout.
Workplace change can bring more than operational challenges—it can bring grief, uncertainty, stress, and emotional exhaustion.
This interactive training is designed for staff navigating workplace transitions such as layoffs, program closures, organizational restructuring, shifting roles, leadership changes, and ongoing uncertainty.
Together, we’ll explore how loss shows up at work; not only through what is changing, but through what is ending. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on the emotional impact of workplace transitions while learning practical tools to support their well-being and resilience.
This session also acknowledges how systemic inequities, organizational stressors, and a lack of transparency can intensify these experiences, particularly for Black and Brown staff and those in helping professions.
What You’ll Take Away
This training creates a psychologically safe space for reflection, dialogue, and shared learning. Grounded in trauma-informed and systems-aware practices, the session validates what staff may be carrying while offering practical tools to support well-being during challenging transitions.
Whether you are directly impacted by workplace changes or supporting others through them, this session will provide space to pause, reflect, and build strategies for moving forward.
